While most of our friends in North America are busy adjusting their air conditioners and car stereos a few of us down south are remembering the nostalgic days of summer when there was actually Frances Marte at the fallswater around here.

Unfortunately, Bolivia is home to an incredibly dry water table – throughout most of the country – thus the rainy season is definitelyKevin, SC, Esther cause for celebration!!

These photos are from Coyamata – our beloved Tarijeno water falls.Coyamata from the middleLike our friends on Sesame Street are always telling us – sometimes we have to use our imaginations  !! Imagination can do wonders, Janice here, Janice's beautiful rocks really believes that this part of the waterfall is the most impressive whereas Sarah Anderson prefers the towering rocks Intense rock overhangsand Kristian Mickelson loves ‘bouldering’ anything he comes across.Kristian our mountain cabra.

All kidding aside – the waterfalls are beautiful. “Waterfall” may be more Kevin Mikolitch of a term of endearment than an accurate description of the area – but that’s alright, we’re never too old to imagine – Sarah Anderson here is sure she’ll be competitive in a “Strongest Woman” contest – if only she can get her pose down.Sarah Anderson - ready for the marathon !

Needless to saywild flowers there are some gorgeous views we’d loveThe gang to share with you if you make it down this North American winter! Esther & the fallsWe even promiseKristian & Anderson jumping to let you jump first !
